- Kyoko Arikawa is a total space/floral designer. She designs store dis
- plays,commercial and residential interiors, ceremonial table settings
- and corporate special events. In her arrangements, she uses both fres
- h and silk flowers of her own design and production and other element
- s to create her work.In many projects, she was often requested to des
- ign an "East meets West" theme by her clients, which has become her s
- pecialty--to pursue western style floral arrangement with an element
- of Japanese aesthetics.Her clients include major Japanese department
- stores, hotels and corporations. She also is a teacher and a lecturer
- at Japanese municipal cultural events and adult extension courses at
- hotels and department stores in Tokyo and Osaka.
